Distilled from rice and aged for twenty years in bourbon casks, this global release at 43% represents one of the fuller expressions of what slow subtropical maturation does to a light grain spirit over a longer period.

The bourbon casks contribute a warm structural sweetness, and twenty years of Okinawan heat has layered in citrus, a leafy herbal lift and malt extract, the kind of concentrated, slightly savoury depth that emerges when tropical ageing extends into a second decade.
