Description
This 2007 single cask is a 15 year old anCnoc drawn from ex-Bourbon cask 217 and bottled in 2022 for Sweden, an outturn of 252 bottles. Knockdhu distillery, near Knock in Banffshire, took the anCnoc name to prevent confusion with Knockando.
The stills came back into use in 1989. The make is light and fruity. Over fifteen years the ex-Bourbon cask deepens the spirit with vanilla and soft oak.
Bottled at full strength, 52.5%. The cask gives vanilla and coconut, undiluted strength sharpening the fresh spirit. A full-strength single-cask anCnoc.
