Knockdhu runs a single pair of stills. Seven years in a single ex-Bourbon cask add early vanilla while the malt keeps its bright, cereal edge.
Bottled undiluted at 53.5%. The cask gives vanilla and coconut, undiluted strength sharpening the fresh spirit. A young independent single cask.
