Knockdhu runs a single pair of stills. Matured in a single ex-Bourbon cask over ten years, the oak round the spirit with vanilla and a soft toffee note.
Bottled at its natural cask strength of 57.2%. The cask gives vanilla and coconut, undiluted strength sharpening the fresh spirit. A young independent single cask.
