Description
The Master Reserve 21 Years Old is Knockando's older vintage line, this distilled in 1989 and bottled in 2010 for Germany. Founded in 1898, the Speyside distillery Knockando is the heart of the J&B blend and bottles by vintage.
Knockando, now a Diageo distillery, makes a light and fine Speyside spirit. Matured in ex-Bourbon casks across twenty-one years, the wood deepened the malt.
Bottled at 43%. The ex-Bourbon gives vanillin for vanilla and oak lactones for coconut, with maltol for toffee over an aged depth. An older Master Reserve vintage.
