Fresh juniper meets a tangle of wild Arctic herbs here, citrus zest and ginger threading through earthy spice. Distilled in small batches at a family-run Norwegian estate using foraged northern flora and pure spring water. Powerful, floral and peppery, it tastes of rugged country.

Description
Kimerud is a family-run distillery in Norway, and its Wild Grade gin leans into the country's untamed landscape. The draw is wild-harvested plants: Arctic herbs and rare Norwegian flora gathered from the surrounding land, set beside juniper, citrus peel, angelica, coriander and ginger. Pure Norwegian spring water rounds the spirit out, and the small-batch approach keeps each run distinct. It picked up a Superior Taste Award in Brussels back in 2015.
The nose is fresh with juniper, layered with spicy herbs, citrus zest and a floral hint. The palate is powerful and complex, juniper balanced against earthy herbs, bright citrus and a gentle ginger warmth. It finishes long and elegant, pepper and herbs lingering. Pour it into a G&T with a restrained tonic and a sprig of rosemary, or let it anchor a Dry Martini where its herbal depth can stretch out.
