Description
This Single Cask was bottled for the Danish market, a 3 year old from 2008, ex-Bourbon cask 400. Kilchoman, founded by Anthony Wills in 2005, is the island's only farm distillery.
The distillery malts its own barley and bottles on the farm. Matured in a single ex-Bourbon cask, the wood frames the very young peated spirit.
Bottled at its natural cask strength of 61%. Citrus and vanilla from the ex-Bourbon meet a strong peat-phenol smoke. A young single cask for Denmark.
