Released at full cask strength of 61.7% for the Taiwan market, this bottling sits in the tradition of sherry-dominant Karuizawa releases that drew worldwide collector attention to the dormant site's remaining inventory.

The Oloroso sherry butt maturation delivers the hallmarks of the house style in concentrated form: dark dried fruit, bitter chocolate and old leather, underscored by the savoury depth that long sherry contact lends to Karuizawa's Golden Promise malt base.
