A herbal liqueur from Kale, made in Austria by Le Foodink and inspired by the history of Vienna, blending the knowledge of chefs and pharmacists into its recipe. Its blend reaches beyond the usual herbs to include yuzu citrus from Japan and guarana from South America, which gives it an unusual global botanical angle within the bittersweet herbal style. At 23% it sits in the herbal liqueur range, pitched for both digestif and cocktail use.

The nose is strong herbal with forest honey, cinnamon and aniseed and a hint of citrus peel, the palate spicy and full bodied with clove, liquorice, orange peel and a fine bitter note, finishing long and pleasantly warming with slightly sweet and tart accents. In a drink it brings a bitter herbal backbone, honeyed spice and aromatic lift, so it works as a classic digestif neat or over ice and as an aromatic base for drinks with ginger beer, tonic or orange juice. Its complex herbal range gives a back bar a distinctive Viennese option. Serve well chilled.
