Jelli Rum White is an unaged white rum of unstated origin, made from molasses yet showing an unexpectedly green, vegetal character. With no barrel time, everything here comes from the distillate, and it presents drier and grassier than the molasses base might lead you to expect, closer in feel to the fresh, herbal end of the rum spectrum than to a soft, sweet white.

The nose is vegetal and herbal, cut grass and chamomile leading, while the palate stays green and grassy with a cereal note running underneath.
