Flamenco is the design-led showpiece of J. Rose, an Italian house that takes the London Dry method seriously even while dressing its bottles in artwork. The recipe stays honest to the old rules: no added sugar, no flavourings, only a pure distillate built on juniper, coriander, angelica root and Mediterranean citrus. Produced in small batches, it pairs the discipline of a classic dry gin with a distinctly southern, sun-warmed sensibility.
The nose is citrus-fresh, juniper-forward, with floral lift and a fine herbal spice. On the palate it stays dry and balanced, lemon zest and coriander seed threaded through resinous juniper, before a clear, peppery finish carries fresh citrus right to the end. Pour it over a Mediterranean tonic with a sprig of rosemary and a twist of lemon.
