Floral and faintly maritime, with citrus and fine herbs lifting over a firm juniper backbone. Made on the small Hebridean island of Raasay using foraged sweet cicely, rosehip and orange-scented rue alongside the island’s own spring water. Fresh, peppery and quietly windswept.

Description
The Isle of Raasay Distillery, better known for its single malt, makes this gin on a small island off Skye, drawing on plants gathered close to home. Alongside classic juniper and coriander sit local botanicals, sweet cicely, rosehip and orange rue among them, while Raasay spring water lends the spirit its soft, rounded texture. Bottled at a confident 46%, it reads as both traditional and distinctly of its place.
The nose is fresh and floral, citrus and fine herbs drifting over juniper. The palate is balanced and bright, floral tones meeting orange freshness, green herbs and a knock of pepper, before a dry, clean finish that lingers cool and slightly spicy. Try it in a Martini, or with a neutral tonic and a sprig of lavender to draw out the flowers.
