Inicio Tequila Blanco Zimt (Sabor Canela)

Inicio Tequila Blanco Sabor Canela is a flavoured tequila built on the house's standard 100% Blue Weber blanco, made at the Compania Tequilera Puerta de Hierro distillery in Jalisco and certified under the CRT, then infused with natural cinnamon, canela. Unlike many cane-based cinnamon spirits, the base here is a certified tequila rather than a flavoured liqueur dressed up as one.
The blanco itself is built classically, handpicked agave cooked slowly in stone hornos at low heat, fermented with yeast and twice distilled for a clean, fruity backbone. The final step adds natural cinnamon through extraction so the spirit takes on the spice oils without losing its clear colour. The result is fruity, spicy agave with a clear but pleasant cinnamon note and a hint of citrus, soft and warming across the tongue and bottled at 35% for an ultra gentle, long finish.
