Bottled by Infinity Spirits for The Royal Cane Cask Company, this is classic Foursquare: Richard Seale's St Philip distillery blends rich double-retort pot still with cleaner twin-column Coffey rum, then ages it without sugar, colour or flavouring added. A single cask from 2005, given seventeen years of tropical ageing and offered at full 58%, it sits squarely in the dry, additive-free Bajan tradition.
The nose runs to caramel, milk chocolate, pastry and roasted notes, with the palate following on vanilla, milk chocolate, caramel and barrel before a woody, caramelised, coconut-edged finish.
