Twenty-one years in ex-Bourbon mellow the spirit, slow oxidation building rounded fruit while the low-tannin oak lends vanilla and old-wood depth.
At 46% it shows mature orchard fruit, honey and vanilla over old wood, the floral Inchmurrin character deepened and softened. A mature island malt.
