Dr��m M��r, run by Viktorija and Kenny Macdonald, bottles this Inchmurrin, Loch Lomond's floral island malt from the straight-neck stills, a 10 year old in Oloroso, cask 1186.
Ten years in Oloroso lend dried fruit over the bright spirit, the cask's melanoidins giving fig and raisin.
At 55.7% it shows dried fruit, an oily texture, old wood and a sherried character over the Inchmurrin fruit, undiluted. A sherried Inchmurrin.
