The Liquid Madness bottles this Inchfad in its Spirit Adventures series, Loch Lomond's heavily peated island malt, a very young 3 year old from 2022 in Pedro Ximenez.
Three years in PX load the young peat with raisiny sweetness, the cask's melanoidins giving date over the smoke.
At 56.2% the dark PX plays against a vigorous young wood smoke, guaiacol and phenols driving the reek. A young PX peated Inchfad.
