Hpnotiq Liqueur

A fruit liqueur from Hpnotiq, made in France by Distillerie Merlet et Fils, blending vodka, natural tropical fruit juices and a hint of cognac. That cognac touch is what lifts it above a plain fruit liqueur, adding a little warmth and depth behind the fruit, while the fruit juices give it the striking bright blue colour that makes it useful for visual drinks. At 17% it is light and approachable, built for mixing.

The nose is tropical mango and passion fruit with floral notes and a hint of cognac, the palate fresh and tropical with sweet citrus accents over soft vodka and light cognac, finishing mild and sweet with a subtle warming cognac hint. In a drink it adds tropical fruit, sweetness and a vivid blue colour, so it anchors a Hpnotiq Breeze, a tropical Martini or a fruit punch and stretches easily into a long drink. Enjoyed neat or over ice it shows its full aromatic range. Serve well chilled or over plenty of ice.
