Description
Hibiki Japanese Harmony is Suntory's entry-level NAS blend, drawing malt whisky from the Yamazaki distillery in Osaka Prefecture and the Hakushu distillery in Yamanashi Prefecture together with Chita grain from Aichi Prefecture. This bottling was designated for an event market release, sharing the same liquid blend as the standard global edition.
Rested in Ex-Bourbon casks, the blend delivers Hibiki's characteristic honey and fresh orchard fruit, with a light, slightly herbal note from the Hakushu malt providing freshness alongside the rounder Yamazaki character. At 43% it is smooth and approachable, a well-integrated expression of Suntory's three-distillery blending philosophy.
