This entry captures Foursquare's pot-still distillate from the 2015 vintage as an unaged white rum, bottled unsweetened at 59%.

Unlike the aged Foursquare most drinkers know, this is the raw pot-still character laid bare, creamy vanilla and coconut meeting tropical fruit, banana and almond with light grass and a clear thread of ester funk. The palate is sweet-edged and buttery with a floral, spicy lift, the finish grassy and warm. At nearly 60% it is bold but far from punishing, complex enough to reward neat sipping yet built to anchor a daiquiri.
