Gorki List

Gorki List is a herbal liqueur bottled at 28%, produced since 1961 to a closely guarded original recipe that has remained unchanged. Its blend is built on 27 different medicinal plants, carefully selected and balanced in the traditional macerated style, with a specialised team overseeing production to keep the characteristic style of this bitter liqueur consistent. The long held recipe and the herbal makeup are its signature.

The nose is herbal and spicy with a fine bitterness, balanced and aromatic, the palate harmoniously bittersweet with a complex herbal structure, round and balanced, finishing mildly bitter, soft and clean. Behind the bar it works as a bittersweet herbal modifier, adding herbal depth and a clean bitter lift that cuts sweetness much as a bitter herbal digestif would. It is a classic digestif after savoury dishes such as roasts and stews, comes into its own on the rocks where the herbs slowly unfold, and takes a slice of lemon well. Serve it chilled or over ice as a digestif.
