Le Gus't bottled this Glasgow single malt matured to 9 year old from 2016, drawn from cask 244 and bottled at 57.9%. Just 227 bottles were filled. Based in Hillington in the southwest of Glasgow, The Glasgow Distillery Company has made single malt since 2015. The distillery is known for adventurous cask maturation, from Cognac and Marsala to Port and Tequila.

It was distilled from Scottish barley in copper stills on Loch Katrine water, giving the bright, fruity Glasgow spirit. Ex-Bourbon casks held the spirit, soft oak under the fruit. The distillery's adventurous cask policy is built to bring young whisky to life. It sits in Hillington Business Park in the southwest of Glasgow, just off the M8. Founders Liam Hughes and Mike Hayward set out to bring single malt back to the city. The stills are named for the founders' families and for the MacDonald artist sisters.

At cask strength 57.9% it is muscular. Green apple, pear and a soft vanilla lead, and the ex-Bourbon lends vanilla, honey and a soft apple. The mouthfeel is full, the fruit carried on a young body. The finish runs fresh, lively and clean. This is a fruity young single malt from Glasgow.
