Gin Sul Lima Limão Limes & Lemons

Gin Sul is made in Hamburg but dreams of Portugal, and the Lima Limao edition leans all the way into that Mediterranean longing. It is a limited summer release from the Altonaer Spirituosen Manufaktur, bottled at 43% in the brand's signature ceramic flask. Around the familiar Gin Sul core the distillers wrap a bright citrus story: tangy lime, sun-ripened lemons, refreshing mint and hand-picked botanicals including juniper and curacao peel, all kept natural and lively.

The nose is citrus-led, lime and lemon peel cut through with fresh mint. On the palate it turns tangy and tart, lime and lemon over juniper with a fine herbal thread. The finish is light and persistently citrusy with a subtle bitter edge. Pour it long with Mediterranean tonic, or build a Lime Breeze with fresh lime juice, mint, a little sugar syrup and soda.
