Gin Sul Jardim do Paraíso Zanzibar Dry Gin Limited Edition 2025

Gin Sul works out of a small Hamburg manufactory known for its exacting craft, and this 2025 limited edition looks to the spice island of Zanzibar for inspiration. Rather than a single distillation, it is composed from four separate flavoured distillates, the maceration times tuned and the spirits blended by hand. At its heart sit mango, passion fruit, ginger and cardamom, balancing tropical fruit against real spice. Only 10,500 bottles exist worldwide.

The nose is tropical and fruity, ripe mango and passion fruit lifted by fresh ginger and fine cardamom. The palate is intense and exotic but balanced, sweet fruit meeting spice, before a long, aromatic finish that turns gently peppery with a hint of citrus. Pour it long with good tonic, a slice of fresh mango and a wedge of lime, or let it anchor a fruity summer cocktail.
