The Real McCoy is a Foursquare distilled line, drawing on the strict no additives pot and column blend from Richard Seale's St Philip distillery in Barbados. This twelve year bottling at 46% sits between the easy 40% range and the full strength single casks, a natural, island aged expression.

Matured in ex-bourbon oak, it opens fruity and woody with charred oak and caramelised notes, the palate bringing pineapple, bitter orange and a clear barrel character. The finish turns to coconut, tobacco and stone fruit. Bottled without added sugar, it shows the recognisable Foursquare origins with a touch more proof and oak presence than the entry pours, balanced and approachable while keeping the integrity the house is known for.
