Bright with orange and lemon, then warm with cardamom, cassia and a peppery finish over a firm juniper core. The first gin Four Pillars ever made, built on the clean water of the Yarra Valley and nine botanicals plus fresh whole oranges. Fruity, spiced and endlessly mixable.

Description
Rare Dry Gin was where Four Pillars began, the founding release from the Healesville distillery in Victoria's Yarra Valley. The makers started with the region's clean, clear water, then built a flavour-forward gin from nine botanicals alongside fresh whole oranges, which give it a juicy citrus character distinct from the usual dried-peel approach.
The nose is fruity and citrus-led, with spice, pepper and cardamom; the palate stays sweet and fruity, lemon and warm spice wrapped around a clear juniper backbone. The finish is long. A reliable everyday gin, it makes a clean G&T with a slice of orange, or a bright, balanced Negroni.
