Bright citrus opens the door, then juniper steps forward with a soft drift of lavender behind it. Distilled in a small German house that wraps every bottle in a different seafaring tale, it stays dry, floral and quietly complex. A gin for slow evenings and tall stories.

Description
Flaschenpost, German for message in a bottle, takes its name from maritime daydreams and the pull of distant shores, and the conceit runs all the way to the label, where each bottle tells its own gin-soaked story, by turns humorous and satirical. The spirit itself is handcrafted in a small distillery built on careful sourcing: a classic dry base refined with juniper, citrus fruits, lavender and a finely judged set of herbs and spices.
The nose lifts with fresh citrus over spicy juniper, threaded with floral nuances and a hint of green herbs. The palate is dry and harmonious, juniper present but never loud, fruit and flowers tucked alongside a gentle spice, before a soft, slightly spicy finish refreshes rather than lingers. Build a gin and tonic with a quality Mediterranean tonic and a twist of lemon zest.
