Ficken Liquors Drachenedition is a German fruit liqueur bottled at 15% in a generous 3 litre format made for sharing. Like the standard bottling it is built on the jostaberry, a cross between blackcurrant and gooseberry bred in Germany, which lends the liqueur a deep fruit character balanced between sweetness and a clear sourness. The jostaberry is the heart of it, an uncommon berry that gives the liqueur its distinctive fruity, slightly tart profile.

The nose is intensely fruity, reminiscent of blackcurrant and gooseberry, the palate sweet and pleasantly sour at the same time, emphasising the character of the jostaberry, finishing long and refreshing with a sweet and sour aftertaste.
