Famille Ricci Zodiac Sagittaire is a cask strength island blend from the French house Famille Ricci, built from both column and pot still rum and bottled unsweetened at 53.7% with no age statement. It carries a rich, dessert-leaning character that some tasters read as continental in its maturation, the profile gourmand rather than coastal despite the navy-style heft.

The blend is openly indulgent. The nose offers chocolate, cream toffee and licorice over a fruity base, while the palate turns to dried fruit, dried figs and a woody depth. The finish is long, dried fruit and prunes closing over barrel and oak.
