Volt Face No. 3 is Famille Ricci's marriage of Guyana and Barbados rum, built from pot and column-still distillate and bottled unsweetened at a forceful 64.5 percent. It is a cask-strength blend aimed at experienced drinkers who like rich Caribbean profiles delivered at full power.

The Barbados share lends pastry-like creme brulee, caramel and roasted coconut, while the Guyana component adds chocolate, dried fruit and dark, woody depth, finishing peppery with cocoa.
