It brings together two of the Caribbean's most characterful origins, Worthy Park's clean, precise pot still funk and Guyana's deep, heavy profile.
Bottled at a formidable 66.6% with no added sugar, it shows honey, caramel and banana on the nose before turning to roasted coffee, dried fruit, nuts and dark chocolate, all framed by black pepper and wood from the unusual cask pairing. The two origins meet head on, Guyana's weight against Worthy Park's varnished tropical fruit. Despite the proof, the alcohol is impressively well integrated, almost approachable.
