Description

Dzama Arrange Citronnelle is a flavoured rum from the Madagascar distillery Dzama, built on an agricole-style base of fresh sugar-cane juice. Following the French arrange tradition, it is steeped with citronnelle, the lemongrass that grows widely on the island, for a fresh, aromatic character.

At 25% it is light and clearly sweet, sitting in liqueur territory rather than serving as a dry cane spirit. Expect bright, lemony, herbal citronnelle to lead over a soft cane base. Serve it well chilled or over ice, where its fragrance suits long tropical drinks.
