Description
Dormoy Depaz Punch Gingembre Guarana is a flavoured rum punch built on cane spirit from Depaz, the Martinique distillery below Mont Pelee, made in the island tradition of blending rum with fruit and spice. The base is agricole-style, distilled from fresh sugar cane juice rather than molasses.
At a low 18% it leans on warming ginger and guarana over a sweet base, firmly a fruit-and-spice punch rather than a dry agricole. Serve it well chilled or over ice as a ready-to-drink pour.
