Description
Dormoy Depaz Punch Banane is a flavoured rum punch built on cane spirit from Depaz, the Martinique distillery at the foot of Mont Pelee, made in the island tradition of blending rum with fruit and sugar. The base is agricole-style, distilled from fresh sugar cane juice rather than molasses.
At a low 18% it is built around ripe banana and is firmly sweet, a soft fruit punch rather than a dry agricole. Serve it well chilled or over ice.
