Doornkaat Norden Sea Salt Dry Gin

Doornkaat are a Frisian name, and their Norden Sea Salt edition is a homage to that northern coastline. The brand heads deliberately seaward here, building a gin from North Sea botanicals: spicy juniper for structure, sea buckthorn and rosehip for a fruity tartness, and a fine touch of real sea salt that gives the spirit its maritime signature. It is a Nordic, salt-edged take on a dry gin, bottled with the windswept atmosphere of the coast in mind.

The nose is aromatic juniper spice with fruity-tart sea buckthorn and rosehip and a clear maritime note.
