Dooley's White Choc Berry is a German cream liqueur, a fruity variant of the Dooley's range, built on quality cream, fine alcohol and natural flavours. It combines white chocolate with an intense blend of berries in a smooth dairy emulsion, bottled at 15% as a cream liqueur rather than an aged spirit.

The nose is sweet white chocolate, ripe strawberry and raspberry with light vanilla, the palate creamy and mild with intense berry fruit, chocolate sweetness and a soft texture, closing velvety, sweet and fruity. Behind the bar it is a fruit and dessert ingredient, adding dairy richness, berry flavour and white chocolate sweetness: it works in creative dessert cocktails and milkshakes, pours over crushed ice, and lifts fruity desserts such as strawberry tiramisu or berry panna cotta. Serve it chilled so the cream comes through, and treat it as a dairy product once opened, keeping it refrigerated and using it within a few months.
