Don Vicente Tequila Blanco

Don Vicente is a 100% Blue Weber blanco tequila produced at NOM 1579, the El Pandillo distillery in the highland town of Jesús María in Jalisco, where Felipe Camarena also makes G4, Volans and Pasote. The spirit is natural and clear, drawing an understated sweetness from the cooked Blue Weber agave and a distinct minerality from well water pulled from 140 metres down.
El Pandillo works in the additive-free, traditional and innovative manner Camarena is known for, cooking in stone ovens and distilling in copper. Don Vicente is then enriched with oxygen for a full day to reach a softer, lighter and more buttery mouthfeel, leaving the flavours balanced. Expect cooked agave, cinnamon, gentle sweetness, black pepper, orange peel and citrus, with a clean mineral and earthy backbone, a highland sipping blanco bottled at 40%.
