Domenis 1898 Dombay Classic Crema Classica is an Italian cream liqueur made by the Domenis 1898 distillery from selected ingredients to a special recipe built around cream, vanilla and fruit. It balances a mild sweetness against a rich creaminess, bottled at 17% as a cream liqueur rather than an aged spirit.

The nose is delicate cream, vanilla and a hint of caramel, the palate full bodied and harmonious with creamy sweetness and elegant vanilla, closing long and smooth with a gentle sweet note. Behind the bar it is a body and dessert ingredient, adding dairy richness, vanilla and sweetness: it stands in for cream in a White Russian or an Espresso Martini, lifts coffee, and accompanies desserts such as tiramisu, panna cotta or vanilla ice cream. Serve it neat on ice or slightly chilled so the cream comes through, and treat it as a dairy product once opened, keeping it refrigerated and using it within a few months.
