Dirty Harry Lakritz-Likör

Dirty Harry is a German liquorice liqueur made for lovers of strong liquorice, deep and dark in colour with a spicy, slightly salty character. It combines sweet and salty liquorice with fine herbal notes, aniseed and a pleasant sweetness, bottled at 21.5% in a 500ml bottle.

The nose is intense spicy liquorice with a subtle herbal note and a hint of aniseed, the palate strong and full bodied with sweet liquorice, a slightly salty nuance and spicy herbs balanced by a subtle bitterness that adds depth, closing long with a fine caramel note. Behind the bar it adds deep liquorice flavour, a salty herbal edge and a bitterness that balances sweetness in a drink, useful in liquorice forward shots and cocktails. It develops its full flavour neat and well chilled, works as a chilled shot, and slots into anise led serves. Serve it cold to keep the liquorice clean and intense.
