Jerarquia Pardo is a single-cask bottling from Dictador, drawn from a 1991 vintage and aged twenty-nine years in the Colombian distillery's stocks at Destileria Colombiana. As a vintage-dated single cask rather than a solera, its depth is the product of nearly three decades in a single ex-bourbon barrel.

Long tropical ageing has shaped a layered, mellow rum. The aroma leans savoury with nutty caramel, tobacco and leather, while the palate turns in a sweeter, gentler direction toward floral notes, soft confectionery and butterscotch. At 40% it is a smooth, contemplative Colombian, the kind of old single cask that trades power for patience and rewards slow nosing as much as sipping. It shows the house style stretched to a venerable age without losing its composure.
