Santisima Trinidad 15YO is a Cuban style rum bottled by Destilerias MG Miquel Guanse, made from molasses on a column still and matured in ex-bourbon casks. It follows the island's light ron ligero tradition, where clean, column led spirit stays smooth and the fifteen years in wood add an oak frame and gentle depth without heavy weight.

The nose is fruity with vanilla, wood and caramel, the palate brings vanilla, a woody edge, caramel and a sweet thread, and the finish carries wood, vanilla, tobacco and orange. It drinks smooth and easygoing, with nutty, chocolate and caramel notes over light oak, the kind of relaxed daily sipper that rewards a casual glass.
