De Kuyper Watermelon Liqueur

De Kuyper Watermelon Liqueur is a fruit liqueur from De Kuyper Royal Distillers, the Dutch house in Schiedam with over 300 years of liqueur tradition, working since 1695. It carries the intense flavour of watermelon balanced with a mild sweetness, bottled at a gentle 15% for an easy, refreshing character.

The nose is fresh ripe watermelon with a subtle sweetness and a light fruitiness, the palate sweet and refreshing with an intense watermelon flavour over a delicate sweetness, closing short, clean and fruity. Behind the bar it adds watermelon flavour and a light, refreshing sweetness, made for summer drinks: it lifts a Watermelon Mojito or a Watermelon Margarita and lengthens easily into a long drink with soda or lemonade. Its low strength makes it an easy mixer that keeps a drink fresh rather than heavy. Serve it neat on ice for a simple refreshing pour.
