De Kuyper Banana Liqueur

De Kuyper Banana Liqueur is a fruit liqueur from De Kuyper Royal Distillers, the Dutch house in Schiedam with over 300 years of liqueur tradition, working since 1695. It draws its flavour from natural flavours of ripe bananas for an intensely fruity, mild liqueur, bottled at a gentle 15%.

The nose is ripe banana, slightly sweet and intensely fruity, the palate full bodied, creamy and fruity with dominant banana, closing smooth and pleasantly sweet. Behind the bar it adds banana flavour, sweetness and a soft body, useful wherever a drink wants tropical fruit: it carries a Banana Colada, a Tropical Punch and a Banana Daiquiri, and works with vanilla ice cream or in desserts. Its low strength makes it an easy mixer in long drinks and creamy serves. An all rounder for the bar and the kitchen, it pours cleanly over ice for a simple fruit forward drink.
