Currywurst Original Gin bottles a slice of German street-food culture, taking the unmistakable seasoning of a good Currywurst and folding it into a proper distilled gin. Classic juniper meets tomato, paprika, curry and pepper, with careful balancing of the botanicals keeping the savoury side from overwhelming the spirit. At 44 per cent it has the backbone to carry the spice.

The nose is juniper threaded with paprika, curry and a touch of tomato, vivid and unmistakable. The palate combines dry-gin structure with spicy, lightly fruity notes, the curry blend bringing warmth while citrus keeps it lively, into a long, peppery finish. Pour it over ice into a spicy gin and tonic, or push the heat further with a ginger beer.
