Bright lemon and mandarin lead the way, lifted by the rare Buddha’s hand citron that gives this Jerez-made gin its floral, faintly exotic edge. Triple-distilled from English grain and balanced with cardamom and bergamot, it stays dry and elegant. Andalusian sunshine poured into a cube of glass.

Description
Made in the Williams & Humbert bodega in Jerez de la Frontera, a town better known for its sherry than its juniper, Cubical brings British distilling discipline to Andalusian soil. Pure English grain spirit is triple-distilled with a bill that runs from juniper, coriander and angelica through orange blossom, mandarin and bergamot. Its signature is the rare Buddha's hand citron, a many-fingered lemon that lends a delicate, slightly exotic floral freshness, all housed in the brand's unmistakable cube-shaped bottle.
The nose is fresh citrus and fine spice over clean juniper, with a floral hum behind. On the palate it is dry and poised: lemon peel and mandarin up front, bergamot and a whisper of cardamom underneath, finishing long and clear with a citrus-spice lift. Pour it over a good Indian tonic with a twist of lemon zest, or stir it down into a properly cold Dry Martini.
