Cubical Premium Mango Special Distilled Gin

Cubical Mango is the exotic outlier in the Cubical range, built on gin distilled at the long-running Langley Distillery in Birmingham, where local groundwater feeds production and where the stills came roaring back after a fire in 2012. The classic botanical bill of juniper, coriander and citrus does the structural work, and then a generous dose of mango sweetness is folded over the top to send it somewhere altogether warmer and brighter.

The nose is fruity and faintly spicy, mango leading with juniper holding the line underneath. On the palate it turns sweet and refreshing, that tropical mango cushioned by citrus and a gentle warmth of spice, closing long and mellow. Pour it long over ice with a light tonic and a wedge of fresh mango, or use it to lift a tropical-leaning cocktail.
