Clément Punch Planteur is a flavoured rhum from Clément, the 300-year Martinique estate, built on the house agricole cane-juice spirit and turned into a ready-made planter's punch with fruit juices and spice. This is the sweet, easy-drinking end of the French-island range rather than a dry agricole.
No formal tasting notes are recorded. As a planteur, expect tropical fruit, a touch of warm spice and clear sweetness over the grassy cane base, soft and gentle at just 18%. It is made to be served cold over ice as a relaxed aperitif, not sipped neat for the rum itself.
