Bottled unaged at 50%, it is a classic island blanc, the rested white that anchors Martinique's drinking culture, here pitched as a clean, dependable workhorse rather than a contemplative sipper.

Distilled low on a column still to preserve the grassy cane congeners, it is fresh and lively: vegetal and grassy notes, fresh sugarcane and bright citrus, with a distinct mineral quality running through to a warm, green finish.
