On the nose it opens with notes of cooked agave, citrus peel, herbal accents and fresh rosemary, alongside a delicate smoky underpinning. The palate is bold yet balanced, showing herbal front notes, lemon zest, charred agave and lingering spice and smoke that evolve with each sip, finishing long and refined.
