Cîroc Peach takes the brand’s unusual grape base and layers it with ripe peach. Where most vodka starts from grain, Cîroc is distilled from French grapes, which gives it a naturally fruity lift that suits a stone-fruit flavouring. At 37.5%, it is mild and aromatic, built more for long summer drinks than for sipping neat.

Description
Cîroc is one of the few vodkas made from grapes rather than grain, distilled in the south of France from fine French grapes that would otherwise head toward wine. That grape origin gives the spirit a soft, slightly fruity character even before any flavouring, the product of a five-fold distillation that keeps the texture silky. For the Peach edition, the base is enhanced with natural peach flavours and bottled at 37.5%, a gentle strength that lets the fruit read as fresh rather than sharp. The grape backbone and the peach work in the same direction, which is why the flavouring sits so easily on this spirit.
The nose is bright with juicy peach, apricot, a little citrus and a floral edge. The palate is silky and softly sweet with ripe fruit, light acidity and the grape lift carrying underneath, finishing clean and medium-long with a touch of peach skin. To play the fruit directly, build a Bellini-style flute: top a generous measure with chilled prosecco and a small spoon of peach puree, which echoes the vodka's own fruit and turns it into an easy aperitif for warm evenings.
